What is this?

Objective Personality (OP) is a framework for describing recurring human behavior patterns under stress and uncertainty. This project explores how AI can support objective observation of those patterns by assisting the operator in noticing blind spots, biases, and overlooked signals.

We are developing a local, multimodal AI assistant that acts as a second observer during interviews and conversations. The system helps with triangulation by suggesting hypotheses and highlighting key moments in the client's statements. The assistant helps identify areas that the operator might miss due to fatigue, subjectivity, and projection.

Why?

Human perception is inherently subjective. Even trained professionals are affected by cultural and cognitive biases, subjectivity and projections. OP provides a language for noticing these dynamics, but applying it consistently is difficult at scale.

The goal of this project is not to type people at scale, but to increase objectivity in high-stakes human interactions. By supporting operators with a neutral, always-on observer, we aim to reduce blind spots, improve calibration, and create safer environments for insight, responsibility, and growth.
